We don't have much information at all on this publication. We're not even sure if it was only printed in English!
We were able to find two copies in the Liddell Hart Centre for Military Archives at King's College from 1953 and 1958. We also found at least five copies at the Science Museum Group which is part of Leeds University in the United Kingdom.
Finally, The British Library at St. Pancras at 96 Euston Rd, London reports that it holds seven copies.
(The Science Museum Group may have lots more as they make a reference to 67 copies in their very last line...but it is unclear as to whether they are part of the collection or simply a list of what was published.)
