Basic Theory and Application of Electron Tubes

This training manual was used to teach basic electronics to trainees in the US Army and Air Force. It was 215 pages long (including the index) and included 12 chapters. Includes basic information on electron tubes including a history & introduction, theory, different types of tubes (gas-filed, phototubes, microwave, cathod-ray, etc.), basic amplification and rectification.

This copy seems to be an early edition. Other copies that we have found online included 1 to 4 pages of corrections to the formulas or text. This copy does not have those correction pages at the beginning of the manual.
