Wallace Silversmiths made several computer peripherals including a silver plated mouse, a gold plated mouse, and a silver plated mousepad holder. The mouse could be engraved with a company's name and used as a giveaway or gift. The mice are commonly available on ebay and in thrift stores.
This mouse is engraved with the letters "JTH", we do not know what the initials stood for. It is basically a common PS/2 compatible mouse (model MUO6P) that has a gold plated cover on the top 1/2 of the plastic mouse. The bottom is a traditional plastic, 2 button, trackball mouse.
We do not know what the date is for this item. Since it is PS/2 compitable it must be after 1987. We are guessing it is the mid-1990s. If you have any information, please leave it in the comment section.
